The basis on which we provide our broking and introduction service.

These terms explain how we work with you. By asking us to source quotes or introduce you to a provider, you agree to them.
Just B2B Group Ltd ("Just B2B", "we", "us") is a commercial finance broker and introducer. We are registered in England and Wales, Company No. 14976421, with our registered office at [registered office address to confirm]. We arrange finance, energy, insurance and payment services for businesses.
We are a broker and introducer, not a lender, insurer, energy supplier or payment provider. We do not provide the product itself. We help you find and apply for it, and the provider you choose supplies it under their own agreement with you.
When you tell us what you need, we compare products from our panel of providers, which does not cover every provider in the market, and we introduce you to the option we believe fits. We may present one or more quotes for you to consider.
The provider carries out its own checks and sets the final terms, price and conditions of any offer. An indication or quote we share is not a guarantee of an offer or of its terms. Any agreement is between you and the provider you choose, not with us.
Our service is usually free to you. We are typically paid a commission by the provider you choose once your agreement goes ahead. The amount can vary depending on the product and the provider. You can ask us about commission at any time and we will explain the basis on which we are paid for your case. Details are available on request.
Unless we agree with you in writing that we are giving advice or a personal recommendation, our service is provided on a non-advised basis. That means we give you information to help you decide, but the decision to proceed with any product is yours. If you are unsure whether a product suits your business, please take independent professional advice.
So that we can help you properly, you agree to give us information that is accurate, complete and not misleading, and to tell us if anything changes. Quotes and decisions rely on the information provided, so incomplete or incorrect information can affect the outcome. You are responsible for reading the provider's own terms before you commit.
All finance and credit is subject to status, the provider's criteria and affordability checks. Products are for business use. Availability, terms and pricing depend on your circumstances and the provider's assessment.
We take reasonable care in providing our service. As we do not supply the products themselves, we are not responsible for the products, decisions or conduct of the providers we introduce you to.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business, and our total liability to you in connection with our service is limited to a reasonable amount. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
The content, branding and design of this website belong to Just B2B Group Ltd or our licensors, and are protected by law. You may view and use the site for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content without our permission.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from our service, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
